WILD HORSE CHILDREN’S THEATER PRESENTS

“SEUSSICAL, JR.”

“Oh, the places you’ll go!” Wild Horse Children’s theater invites you on a journey through the whimsical world of Dr. Seuss with their upcoming production of “Seussical, Jr.” This magical extravaganza, filled with toe-tapping tunes and wild characters, is a must-see for all ages!

Running for two weekends, from April 21 to April 30 at the Brewery Arts Center Performance Hall in Carson City, this show is based on the books of beloved children’s author, Dr. Seuss. The talented cast of young actors will bring to life Seuss’ most iconic characters from his books, including Green Eggs and Ham, Yertle the Turtle and Other Stories, Horton Hatches the Egg, and How the Grinch Stole Christmas.

With Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty, the award-winning creators of many Broadway hits, at the helm, “Seussical, Jr.” promises to be a fanciful and unforgettable experience. The Cat in the Hat serves as the narrator, leaping into the action to create fun, while Horton the Elephant endeavors to protect the people of Who-ville who live on a tiny speck of dust.

Director Carol Scott remarks, “This show has something every person will love. The spectacle and lessons of Seuss are so well interwoven in this production, and I am very excited for the community to see it!”
